From confirmation email to cancellation reminder in three steps.

Create your account and get your forwarding address

When you sign up, Stays generates a unique email address for you — something like abc123@in.stayshq.com. You can find it anytime in your account settings.

This address is yours forever and is how Stays receives your booking data.

Forward any hotel or flight confirmation email

Got a booking confirmation from Booking.com, Expedia, a hotel directly, or an airline? Forward it to your Stays address — or set your Stays address as the email on your booking account so confirmations arrive automatically. Either way, Stays forwards all emails to your registered address so you never miss a notification.

Stays uses AI to parse the email and extract:

  • Hotel or flight name and location
  • Check-in and check-out dates (or departure/arrival)
  • Total price and currency
  • Cancellation deadline (for hotels)
  • Confirmation number

Get reminded before cancellation deadlines

Stays sends you an email reminder 2 days before each hotel's cancellation deadline. You'll always have time to decide whether to keep or cancel your reservation — before you're charged.

All your upcoming stays and flights are also visible in your dashboard so you can see what's coming at a glance.

Tips

Use your Stays address as the email on Booking.com, Expedia, or your airline account so confirmations go directly to Stays without any forwarding setup — the easiest way to never miss a booking.

You can edit any booking after it's imported if the AI missed something or you want to add notes.
